concentrated on taking lessons learned and feedback received to

special attention to construction quality and details.
The LOCAL ownership of the company is on site and directly involved. Policies, warranty considerations, and design decisions are not made in some distant location by an executive responsible for numerous projects. The ownership is in the Charlotte area and will be directly accountable to its customers.
Lisa Calloway, Project Manager, schedules and supervises construction. Her experience in assisting homeowners at Mint Lake Village and Dominion Village select their flooring, colors, and upgrades has given her invaluable insight into features and benefits that we offer. She will assist Homeowners in making selections to tailor each individual home to their tastes, needs and preferences. She will coordinate and insure that warranty work is completed on a timely basis. Lisa’s 12 years experience with one of the largest homebuilders in the United States has been instrumental in our being organized so that we can meet customers' needs and respond to their requests in an orderly and timely manner.President, Jack O'Rourke, is founder and owner of Mint Lake Construction Company. He is a licensed General Contractor and is directly involved in the day to day operations of the company. This direct personal involvement provides the feedback that allows Mint Lake Construction Company to meet the needs of the customer and to provide to our homeowners the highest level of value and satisfaction. Jack has over 20 years of real estate experience in North Carolina, a degree in electrical engineering and a graduate degree in business administration
